I have an amiracle wet/dry filter that was given to me. It doesn't have an overflow or a return pump. From what I see that is all that is missing I want to replace the bio-balls with lr rubble. I don't have a clue on how to set this thing up. It also has a protein skimmer that has 2 hoses coming out of the bottom and no pump. How do these things hook together? Your help is greatly appreciated. :?:

The amiracle units are nice :D If you are going to replace the bio-balls with lr rubble just make sure the lr is completely covered in water or else it won’t help. Does it look like this?

I’d recommend getting a CPR Overflow, a Pondmaster Pond-Mag 7 Pump, & a directional return spout.

No mine doesn't look like that. It has a box that is divided in the center. one side has bio-balls and the other has a sump.

Is it the Sea Reef Filter?

Can you take a photo of it?
