Any suggestions, my pap has a turbo twist 18 watt on hit s/w tank. I need one for a125 gallon freshwater tank. Any suggestions? Was looking at thePentair Aquatics 40 Watt U.V. Sterilizer and also the turbo twist that my pap has.....

We have two great articles on UV units in our articles area. I would start by checking both of them out to see the benifits of a UV and if you really need one as well as information on the effective size and use of them.

You may get some negative reaction from the SW hobby about UV's, but the reasons they give do not apply to FW tanks. Don't be discouraged. UV's are an awesome method of disease control! Make sure you have the proper size powerhead for water flow. Regardless of how good your UV unit is, if the water flow is to fast it will not be effective. And replace that bulb every 9 months!!!

The coralife UV units are great! I would run an 18 or r 36 watt on a 125.
