Water Turn Over Rate

Tell me what you guys have set up and how much you turn over your aquarium per hour. I currently am doing 15 times per hour rate in my 20gal long nano with the current set up I have

I've got the following circulation on my tanks:

20g- 1000gph an hour
29g cube- about 800gph an hour
90g- 3000gph and hour
125g- 5200gph if running all my PH's or about 3800 with the 2

I always shoot for a minimum of 10x per hour. But not so extreme as to where it creates excessive evaporation in the tank
