waying down filter sock

I just got a new mesh filter sock. I was wondering if I can put some lr rubble In there because it keeps flooting up to the top and holding a air bubble in there.

Once you get it soaked it should sink down.....least mine do lol

Ya the felt ones did sink but I changed it to mesh cuz I ripped the felt one. And it just rises to the top. Witch do u think is better mesh or felt

I havent used anything but felt, but will be ordering some mesh ones with the BRS group buy. They say they clog less often too. Maybe a small piece of rock rubble until it gets saturated enough to stay down?

My best guess. lol
