I am in the process of converting my wet dry filter. I know to slowly trade out the bio balls for live rubble media. My question is will Cured and cleaned base rock work? Thank you...

You need live rock, the good critters arent' gonna be in the base rock.. Unless it's base rock from liverocks.com...

EVENTUALLY it'll be ok but just don't add just that, your gonna need other LR rubble...

Yes, you will need cured LR rubble. If you replace your exsisting bioballs with baserock you will see a pretty big ammonia spike. Just start going to LFS in your area and ask them if they have any LR rubble in their curring tanks that you can have.
