Depends... could be good... is this going into a FO or FOWLR or Reef? If going into a FO, then you're fine... but anything else would be a waste of money IMO. All that basically is is an acrylic box with bioballs. Better off buying a 10 gal tank at the LFS for $10. This is because bio balls aren't needed in a FOWLR or Reef setup if you have 1.5-2 pounds per gallon of LR in your tank. Bioballs are suspected to gather nitrates.

This would be good if you had a FO setup where you needed the extra biological filtration that bioballs can provide. (y)
