what bulbs should i get for my 4x96w retrofit?

im ordering a 4x96w retrofit tomorrow and i need to make a decision on what bulbs i should get. should i get the 10k and the 03's or the 10k and the 50/50's?

also how high should i keep my lights off of my aquarium?

I suggest the 10k and 03.

with PC lights, closest to the water is best IMO since PC intensity is weak. Just be mindful of salt creep, water splashes, and possible heat issues.
