What equipment should I use in a 150 gallon acrylic tank?

I am buying a 150 gallon acrylic tank this weekend and don't know what to use with it. It has two squares cut out of the top so hang on filters are not an option. If you fish experts could tell me what equipment would work best to keep it clean with minimumal effort that would be great. Also the beat filter canister to keep the water clear because I have a Oscar fish, one goldfish, and a paroon shark. I currently have a 55 gallon with a marineland 350 and a UG filter which keeps it clean but I hear acrylic is way different. I appreciate the help.
