What is a good timer to get?

I bought the coralife digital timer and it has such a freaking stupid design, that I'm returning it straight to petsmart. Anyone have a timer that allows me to program the actinic lights to go on first, then the 10,000ks?

I just use the mechanical 24 hour timers. like $10nz for 2 of them and just use one for each light

I have alot of tanks and I use the walmart $5 timers for each plug. It's the only way I've found to be able to multi stage my lighting.

So just walmart timers will do? What brand are they?

Check out the lighting section, they should have several. I have the ones where you push in the little pegs, they also have digital ones for like $9 each. I think they may be walmart brand, their "home living" or something like that
