what is the better light??

i have a 55 gal salty with a little bit of soft coral.and anemones. iv been running a 4x 54watt t5 current light, but just picked up a 4x 65 watt power compact for $50 that might need a balest or just 2 new bulbs.. what light is better?? just wanna know before i pay to fix the new light.. thank you.

I believe the prevailing wisdom is that T5HO lights are more intense than the comparable power compacts.
