what lighting configuration is best?

i brought my tan and lighting secodhand. it is now time for me to change the tubes.

i have one T8 luminaire (x2 tubes) and one T5 luminaire (x4 tubes).

so i need to replace all six tubes.

i was just wondering what combination of acintic and white tubes would you recommend?

both luminaires are on individual timers, what timings would you recommend?

any advice would be appreciated
