What lights to use?

I am doing a 55 gal acrylic corner tank with FO, artificial coral, live sand or crushed coral, and possibly not sure, a piece or 2 of live rock just to help out the cycle. I am up in the air between T5 HO 24W 10000K/Actin bulbs and the LED lights rated at 400 lumen .06W 6500K. One thing in mind is I hope the T5 lights don't get too hot since my canopy doesn't have too much venting and don't want it to start overheating. Any ideas would be great,
