What should I put in my filter ( Turtle Tank)

This one is for my turtle tank so I know they are messy then most other loads.

I have fluval f6 so there are 3 trays.

In the first Try I have these black course pads that came with it.
The next Try I have it loaded it with ceramic rings.
The last tray I am thinking about 250 millimeters for Purigen.

How is that set up?

This tank is 150 gals

I would include either a fine sponge or poly filter floss after the coarse sponge. Otherwise, sounds good.
