Hello. Can anyone name a decent place to get a RO/DI unit? I have been looking on Ebay, and there are quite a few listed. I thought I had seen a few people on here mention getting them from Ebay. Any thoughts or comments are welcome. Thanks!

OK, thanks. How about when it is time to replace the filters, does anyone know if they are universal? I dont want to buy a $100 RO/DI and then have to buy another because I can not get new filters. Thanks again!

It says in the Ebay auctions they are a standard size filter. The filters will do like 1600 gallons. The DI media is good for like 800 gallons. You might have to get the DI media from them though. Not sure though. The life of the filers/media depends on how bad your tap water is though.

Not sure what the cost is for the filters either.

Nate

I got my RO/DI unit from the seller 'filterdirect', on ebay. The whole auction/transaction went very well. They offer replacement filters at a decent price there as well.
