White Growth

Got a new tank set up, bring going for a week with no fish, tropical set up, water went cloudy but cleaned a bit but I have noticed a whiteish growth developing on plants and ornaments (all false plants). Any ideas on how to clean and should I be worried about it and clear it up before adding fish?
