white slugs in hob ??

I clean my hob tonight and found 7 to 10 white slug looking about and 1/2 long to 1/4 inch long....good are bad.

Were they alive? Actual "slugs", or just a white thing that looked like a slug?

They are many variations of sponges that love the dark recesses of your HOB that look sluggish. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it. Just another bit of variety in your tank.
