"Whiting Out" spot on acrylic tank

Hi, looking for some quick help

My new (used) acrylic 210 has 2 or 3 of these little whited out spots on the front bottom of the tank in the seam. Is this cause for concern and can this be fixed??? If so, with what-(solvents)?

I think you can buff them out, possibly. I will move this to the General Hardware section, I think some "freshies" will also be able to help.
