Will my lights grow SPS?

I have coralife aqualight pro metal halides with a tank i bought, it has dual 15,000k actinics in each side of the metal halide bulb, can i grow SPS?

Is it 150w, 250w, or 400w? Plus two t5s? Over which tank?
