Your favorite powerhead?

I'm planning on making a DIY internal filter for a tank. It would use a powerhead to pull the water through the filter and return to the tank. The goal is ~300 gph. What is everyone's favorite brand/model for a reliable powerhead to run 24/7?

Check out petco.com. They have their own brand of powerhead (that is currently on sale for super cheap I'm gonna buy another) that I've used to power numerous things. Currently it's powering my DIY protein skimmer. It's only 225gph tho.
