coralife 50/50 light
I purchased a coralife 96 wat 50/50 light fixture last April. I was looking at the bulb to see if it needed replacement and noticed that there are really two 50/50 bulbs in the fixture. One is above the clear plastic and the other is tuked in the back. Both come on when the fixture is on. When i replace bulbs do i have to replace both bulbs? Would i get more light if clear plastic was over both bulbs instead of just one. I am a bit confused ???
Thanks Richard |

NOt sure i follow what you mean regarding the plastic? Did you buy the single 96 watt hood or the dual? THe plastic cover should be over all the bulbs. Are you sure you are not seeing a reflection in the reflector? If you need to call me to verify i can be reached toll free at 1-866-520-5781
