its so bright and happy 
I really dont know much about community fish, and I dont know how many can go in a 10 gal, but I do know that neon tetras are schooling fish and need at least 6 or 7 before they be happy... Maybe someone can clarify it a bit more since I dont know much... but I still love the decorations and stuff
