glad you were happy with the recomendation i had a betta, neons, and snails in a 15 gall planted and loved it they are very interesting small fish

first casualty
I lost one of my tetra today. I was expecting him to possibly die. Since I brought them home from the store, this one hasn't schooled much with the others, often staying on the opposite side of the tank. I also saw that 2 of the other tetras were bullying and nipping at the poor guy. Is it common for them to be aggressive toward unhealthy ones?
Other then that, things are still great. I finally got to see my snails go up the glass, which allowed me to see how they eat. like a vacuum brush

Yes, I have seen neons sometimes bully other neons to death. The bigger the school the less aggression IME.
