37g for calvus - Aquarium Advice

My 37gal is ready for calvus. Room divider tank adjacent to my office desk. Fishless cycled the old-school way

and now contains 8 praecox rainbows, which will be dithers for the calvus. Hornwort and Anubias nana along with corkscrew vals are all utterly thriving in 50/50 [acronym:17e525ac67="Power compact fluorescent"]PC[/acronym:17e525ac67] lighting, which I was not sure about. Can't wait to get the calvus, though they will sit in quarrantine for several weeks.

Good going TG! Ahh, I remember this tank's birthday (the idea was a hoot) and I'm glad to see it's progressing.

Yes, Bill, this "stand for a 6gal" evolved into a whole new tank and stocking plan, much to my husband's delight...

I am very excited now that my plans are coming to fruition. This weekend without my fussing over it produced a crystal clear tank following a bacterial bloom after I added the rainbows. Sure is nice to come home to that versus some of the other possible scenarios.
