40g cichlid tank build

new filter just a cheapy from ebay $60 800lph ajustabale inlet outlet flow and new power 10 points should be able to run all 3 tanks from it

alright moving. to my new house in the burbs next weekend finaly gonna be able to start setting up and cycling my tank

alright all i need is substrate, rocks and a light not to worried about the light at the moment realy need the substrate tho

im going to empty half the water from both my nanos so about 60-70ltrs of fish safe water and the other half will be tap water and il just squeeze all the mess out my canister filters and whats the go on bio balls are the just a media which is suiter from marine to freshwate

ok so I spent a good 2-3 hours washing rocks and substrate last night just got to find a nice piece of wood to chuck in

Why do you have like two sets of lights, looks funny to me,

my light was smashed when we moved so i had to use my 2 small lightsshould have a new light in a week or so

worse thing was it didnt just blow the globes it fully snaped the balister and all

im going to add 5 more java fern and somemore tall grass dont no the name of it but they have it by the tonne aty lfs same with java plants
