At first I was doubting your title. Clearly I was wrong and this is the best tank ever. I might just steal it from you in the night hehe.

Like the setup as well...the mondo grass isn't a true aquatic plant&if left in the tank or will die off..And again love the idea of what you're trying to accomplish...

Which one is the mondo? I got the plants from petco and they all said fully submersible.

Very cool, did you make the chest? Or did you find a chest then cut a hole in it?

It's going to be sunken ship themed so maybe some ghost shrimp. Some glass catfish maybe. Not really sure though, haven't looked up fish sized yet. I'll take any and all suggestions though.

WOW is all I can say. I'm a pirate at heart and a tank like that would be the centerpiece of my man cave. I know it was asked before did yu make or find the chest?

As for stocking I would agree with the ghost shrimp.
I'd also add a small school of Cory cats for sunken ship of it was salt water I could help (I'm an avid wreck scuba diver)

Ok so I got some glass cats and I noticed on of them likes to sleep under one of my plants. I thought he was dying but I disturbed him and he swam around and went right back to where he was and went back to sleep.

Is this normal or is he dying and it just looks like he's sleeping. He seems really active.

That's his tail by the plant. Ignore baby photobomber.

Here's one of my babies!
