Betta making crop circles.

My daughters betta lives in a 5 gallon

Ph 7.5
Nitrates 10
Nitrites 0
Ammonia 0

I see nothing visibly. But every once in a while in the gravel he makes these circles. Anyone out there know why? Parasites?? UFOs?? What is it??? Ty!!!

LOL! But in all honesty, it's probably just the flow of water coming out of the filter. Is the filter located above it??

You can always add a rock or some wood there to break up the flow.

Yep water level was low.... I'm so glad I put my ignorance on display in a public forum lol. At least I can laugh at myself and now we know tiny UFOs aren't making crop circles in the 5 gallon betta tank lol
