Reactors look great. You may want to check out this thread where we are discussing CO2.

It appears you are using the bubble method for injecting the CO2 into your filter. I would suggest trying a diffusion bell as described in the thread. You will get a much better exchange rate. A DIY difussion bell would be just as easy if not more so than the reactors.
