Here's my first ever aquarium setup. It was chosen due to having a small apartment and wanting something manageable. Here are the specs...

• Aquascene 5 Aquarium Kit
  • Top Fin 5 Gallon acrylic tank
  • Top Fin Whisper power filter
  • Tetra Whisper Bio-Bag
  • Compact fluorescent lamp
  • TetraAqua AquaSafe water conditioner
• Top Fin XP-10 air pump
• Tetra TetraColor tropical flakes
• Top Fin glass aquarium thermometer
• Top Fin decorations (waterfall, greek column, and volcano bubbler)
• Elite airline tubing
• Top Fin aquarium gravel, natural color
• 2 Tetra Water Wonders plastic plants

Also, things I haven't used include Top Fin metal T valve and Top Fin 2 Air Stones (Bubbler has one in it).

I just bought this set up recently for my 11 y/o daughter's male betta! However, I switched out the filter that was included in the package with a sponge filter and added a 25w heater. He is one happy guy!
