Have a 20 gallon with
1 bull head
3 buterfly rams
1 pictus catfish
1 comet goldfish
1 sail-fin alge eater
1 small clown loach
1 peacock eel
1 golden gourami
1 blue gourami
I have a high powered 40 gallon filter and 1 big air stone. The fish get along fine and seem to be doing okay even know I'm over stocking.

Bull head? Don't know what that is.
3 Bolivian butterflies/ Bolivian rams need a 30g tank IMO.
The Pictus cat I'm not sure on.
The comet goldfish will grow to 18 inches long and need a pond.
The sailfin pleco can reach 2 foot long and needs 125g tank.
The clown loach can reach the size of a foot ball and needs a school of 6+ of its own kind.
The eel needs a tank at least twice the size of yours.
The two gouramis need a 30g tank minimum.
I think you will find all your fish are babies. They will grow and reach sexual maturity and you are going to see aggression. Keeping clean water is going to be more and more difficult as time goes by, the bigger the fish get. They might all get along now but it won't last I'm sorry.

I like your tank!
The only bullhead I've seen was about 6" long not sure if it was full grown. Your stock seems better in a 55g, search craigslist people practically give tanks away on there.
