Live rock in fresh water aquarium

Does anyone know if i can put live rock that is dry allready into my fresh water tank or would that harm my fish and plants ?

Well live rock originally came from salt water and even if it was dry it would still leach salt into your water.
 
As long as it is thouroughly cleaned and preferably soaked and rinsed repeatedly, yes aragonite rock absolutely can be used in FW. If will buffer your pH and hardness upwards however. (We use it in our African tanks for that purpose).
