Red fin tiger loach ( syncrossus berdmorei ) that my friend has in his 55g tank with a firemouth cichlid.

Wow, that's a stunning loach, agressive I suppose for it to be able to hold its ground against such a cichlid

Yeah its agressive and it definatly holds its own with the cichlids but he dosent seem to have any problems they all seem to get along fine

thanks one of my lfs has them for 4.99 same price as the black ones so i had to go with the banded they are awesome

Mine has them for 3$ and there banded lol i was gonna get one last night but instead i got 2 panda corys and 1 agassi cory

How big do they get. Mine are very tiny.

They get 4 inches long, and you won't see much of them if you have a group less than 4
