Glenc has started an aquarium
My 20 Gallon

Here is my new 20 gallon high. I've had it up and running for a month now and added most plants from my ten gallon. It's basically a bigger version of that tank. Sloped the substrate 4" in the back down to 2" in front. Really like the effect. By adding some substrate and filter from the old tank I avoided a new cycle, but not the diatom algea that has just started to kick in. I really hate this stuff but there is nothing you can do but clean it off and wait for it to go away. Made a DIY powered reactor as I was having a problem hitting and keeping 25 to 30 ppm CO2. Am at that level now. Not bad, now have to stop adding plants(I keep adding more and more!!) sit back and watch it fill in.
