I started out with a one gallon and a betta this go around. I've kept fish in the past and got bit by the big again and figured I'd start off small... That didn't last. Once the betta was in and happy I added some red cherry shrimp. They started getting bullied and ended up in their own 5 gallon and the betta ended up in the kids room. No shrimp were harmed by the betta but I didn't want to risk it. After some Cl shopping and forum crawling I now have close to 50 of the little red guys having fun in there. As I was putting in the last bunch ordered from the forums I noticed that the first batch had some babies, at least two broods. Here are some photos.

The really dark red are ones he got from CL. The others haven't darkened up yet, just got them yesterday from Majbarsalona.

Wow! They look really good! Nice tank! Get ready for a lot of babies, they tend to breed really fast :)

Another berried female. I'm glad I have my 20 set up and cycling.

Lots of shrimp. 3 berried females, that I have found, could be more. I guess they are happy in here.

I now count 4 berried females at feeding time. Here are a few photos I took this morning. I love the LGV10 camera!

I found evidence of another batch of shrimp this morning. I spotted two, was able to photograph one on the front glass. Its about 3\16ths of an inch long.

Awe cute little mite! It sure is going to be "fun" getting them moved over to the 20 ?

This guy is about 1/8th of an inch. I think this is yet another batch of babies. The last ones I spotted are all just a bit longer. Chances are good that I now have over 100 of the critters calling my tiny tank home. I guess I'll be selling some off come spring time. Wow
