None really, just keep the water clean. Weekly water changes sometimes twice of around 20%
You can tell it's overdue for a water change, the fish are slightly looking washed out.
I feed a generic home made shrimp/algae pellet small amounts daily with fresh veggies most nights.

Nitrate N/A (getting high by the looks of it)
gh/kh N/A
Due to routine maintenance, I rarely have the need to test.
The fish tell me, by the way they act and look, when i'm being lazy. Usually it doesn't get to that stage though.
