I hope you are supplementing your plecos diet pretty well. Feed fresh veggies like cucumber, and they will stay healthy. Offer the BNs a cave of sorts, and they'll undoubtedly spawn.

Actually as you mention that my plecos are fine but ive noticed a white patch on all 3 of them, can anyone tell me what it is? Looks like they have skin missing?
