Nice set up! What is your stock?

2 iridescent sharks, 1 black fin sharks, 2 kuhlie loaches, 1 dojo loach, 10 cherry shrimp, some snails and guppies. Still wanting to add something just have not figured out what I want yet. Thinks some dwarf puffers but not sure a good ideas with the cherry shrimp

Your stock is not ideal. ID sharks need huge tanks. Your shrimp will be eaten up unless you provide a very heavily planted tank with tons of hiding places.

Eventually I will get a bigger tank, thinking about 125 gallon. The shrimp rarely come out in the open. They stay in the plants. So far so good

Do you have soil underneath the sand? I I didn't think plants could be healthy in sand. I have two tanks with sand that I would like two put plants in but i didn't think they would do well?

Plants can do well in sand. You have to be sure to use root tabs for the heavy root feeders.

I don't have anything under the sand. I do use flourish in my tanks. My plants don't grow to fast but you can tell every couple weeks you can see some new growth. But I'm also not wanting my plants to grow to quick

Also your black fins can't live there entire lives in fresh water. They need to slowly be introduced to brackish water or they will become very unhealthy and have a very short life... :/ I was thinking about getting some too, There sweet looking.
