My tank (new member)

Pictured Polly the Blood Perrot cichlid, Bruce and chum my bala sharks, dwarf frog, pepe le pew the black ghost knife fish, frank the angle fish, a bunch of tiger barbs and some gourami's.

The gf added a sponge bob theme.

Chum the bala shark got injured trying to eat food in sponge bobs house and got stuck in a window. Poor guy

Nice tiger barbs. Make sure you have at least 6 to make sure they don't bother the long finned fish like the angelfish.

What gourami species do you have? They can be aggressive even if they're two different species.

Yellow gourami and a blue dwarf, there both pretty peaceful. The one nuisance I had was a yoyo loach, returned him. He wouldn't leave our parrot cichlid alone, actually any of our fish alone.

The poor bala shark lost a lot of scales when he got stuck in the decorations

Do you mean gold gourami? Those can be highly aggressive.

Yeah gold gourami, I've heard that but other then being one of the first fish to the blood worms he keeps to himself.

Ok. You will need to find a bigger tank for the bala sharks.

Ya, I'll eventually switch them out when they get around full size. Our local shop is good about taking back and reselling full grown fish

What's cool is all the rock work, is from the beach across from my house, boiled off the salt obviously but they couldn't fit better
