I hadnt neither till he was right by the glass on the tank. I put my hand next to the glass and bam he did it lol. Havent seen it again though.

Now that you mention it I've seen my pleco do something odd with its eyes, looked like a blink.. I think he was just rolling his eyes at me trying to take all those pics of him..

Thanks he was listed as wild caught but he might be an offspring from wild caught ones.

And yes they blink i have currently
1 common
1 l202
1 male longfin albino bnp
1 male albino normal bnp
1 female longfin non-albino bnp

I've seen all 5 blink!

Yeah I have a 20 high with a red marbled bn and ABN that I am trying to breed and am thinking of getting a 30 gal or something for another pair of plecs. Any recommendations on a easy to breed cool type of pleco

I saw this and just took this pic. I have a olive drab with black spots colored rubber nose pleco. He doesn't seem to mind the cories.

I've had to rescue one before, they don't seem to have the ability to back out once fully inserted..

Really because mine goes all the way down and just swims right out with out a problem.

It was a different model, the air tube came in at an angle so it managed to squeeze by but there was no way of getting out.. I had to take the thing apart..
