It is the filter
If you look at the little pic on top it shows the flow through it

Hi. I've got 10 Neon's, 2 Dwarf Gouramis, 1 gibby plec, and 5 assasin snail's. I also have another smaller tank with 4 rrd cherry shrimp in it. ill post a pic of it later.
