Hi I'm SonofTucson. I will use this thread to show my 40 gallon community tank. It has..
API 50 filter
Some API air pump
(2) 100 w heaters
Current FW led 48"
Current FW led 36"
(Forgive my misspellings it auto corrects weird stuff sometimes.. I'm using a busted up android. )
So, i acquired a 40 gallon (I think breeder? its 36Lx16Hx18W) in mid august. I got it cycled and started stocking it in early October. 40 gallon has 2 gouramis, 2 angel, 3 platties, 1 pleco, 1 guppy, and 2 algae eaters. I'm trying to figure out my plants. I'll put them up as I figure it out..~

Tank looks good, do you have plant tabs in your substrate?

Gracias! And no I do not. My substrate consists of a thin layer of sand, and about 3 inches of river rock...I think there's about 60lb of river rock in there..can't remember. Its deep enough I can bury the root system without hitting the bottom of the tank.
