Well, the redesign isn't complete. I got sick of having Swords, Swords, and more Swords in the tank.

Here is the latest picture I had before I tore out the Swords.

I'm not sure exactly what I want to do yet, but I just planted a whole variety of things for now.

Here are some close ups up the different plants I put into the tank. The dirty water is partially due to feeding before taking pictures and some of the debris that hasn't settled after planting.

i was just wondering about that 3rd plant picture's species, what is it ???

Looks to be HC or Hemianthus callitrichoides 'cuba'.

I know its been a few weeks, but you should plant that HC in small groups if you want it to make a carpet. And you should break the stem plants up and spread them out so the bottom leaves can get some light. You should also break up the grassy plant (Microsword?) up too.

 Here we go again....

Wow! That's very impressive.....I tore down my f/w tank recently but when I look at your tank I really feel inspired! My plants never looked as good as yours.

1. HC is correct. They came wrapped in the paper towel substance in the little plastic potters. I had no idea how to get the roots out without tearing them up, so I cut the paper towel part in half and planted it. It's staying bunched together nicely.

2. Those plants look nice, because they are new. Let's see if I can keep them so fresh looking over the weeks.

I think I will break them up a bit. I just bought a whole bunch and didn't know if they would all fit. Thanks for the advice.
