Rescaped my 35g and finally got rid of most of my algae problem.
Plants are looking healthier and bright with diy co2. Planning on getting pressurized very shortly. Enough of chit chat onto some photos

Nicely done
It looks very natural, I like that

On a not her note. Are those LED light, and if so how do they work for your plants?

What kind of fish is that in the 2nd photo you posted?

Yes it led lighting. Awesome light and it does t affect my power bill.

That is a cockatoo cichlid, beautiful fish without the normal cichlid temperament

Beautiful set up :)

Photo update.
I have since added some plants.
I got some dwarf blyxia and what was listed as rotala type 2. I bought 2 bunches of the blyxia but after getting it home I probably only needed 1.
In another day or two I will clip the swords new sprouts and then fish shop said they will take them off my hands and my peppermint bristlenose in exchange for some otos.

Photos were taken after cleaning so looks a little messy

I have no idea why my water looks murky in photos, it's so crystal clear in person
