My mom has always been interested in these. How hard is the maintenance? I assume there aren't many fish you can keep since the width is only 4 inches. Do you have/plan on any livestock besides your clean up crew?

Is that a kit, or did you build it? I like the frame, but 4" wide doest leave much room for fish does it?

I bout the tank and added the filters, power head an lighting, this is my first sw and I cant add a lot to it I know maybe some clowns and mostly corals

Maintenance is some what ok, only problem I have is I to move most of the rock on the middle to clean the glass and any water changes or maintenance I need to use a ladder, but I love it and I'm glade I did sw not fresh.

I'm FW too. I always see small SW fish at my lfs, but I have no idea how big they get. Maybe dwarf seahorses? Ive heard they can be tricky to care for, but they're small and would look great in that tank.

Well sea horses require hardly and water movement...

Yea no seahorses. You need a lot of filtration and a refugium of some sort to keep seahorses successfully. Powerheads in the tank are a no go with seahorses. Get a small school of firefish or something, nothing longer than 3" preferably or it will have to do flips to turn around lol.

Why are dwarf seahorses so hard to take care of?

How about a pair of clowns?

Id go with 3 fire fish and a porclin crab and a few brightly colored shells for the hermits inhabit a few Zoa's as well. GSP's will add some movement also and can grow to cover the back wall Lookin good so far

Added a tomato clown he is the size of a nickel
