Nice looking tank. To keep the glare down try not using the flash. I dont use the flash on my pics. Maybe because of room light or other factors you might have to but try it next without the flash and see what happens.
 
some are taken without, tryint o do some experimenting with hte ambient light and what not to get the best shots. I do like the one with whatever that type of yellow/pink coral, the last pic in the first post. He normalyl doesnt open up like that while the tank lights are on

and no, I dont feed it using the coke bottle trick cause of where it is, I have him under a ledge and behind some pillars, basically, he is visible but cannot be reached. I have him there cause it seems he prefers the dark around the the clock, and was also told he is nocturnal.
