After 6 months of planning, scammers, crooks headaches etc...I finally have almost all my equipment. I ordered my tank 2 months ago and it will be here next week. It's a 72x28x22 rimless, dual corner overflows, black silicone and black background. My stand was completed yesterday (also after numerous headaches and people who BS'd me saying they could build it for me.) For equipment, I went with a Tunze ATO, Bubble Magnus Curve 9, 3 Radion G3's, Two MP 40's, DC ( I think) 1200 adjustable return pump. I have 150 pounds of dry rock and 100 pounds of sand ready to go. My sump is over sized at 48x24x18. It's black acrylic with a clear front panel. 30 gallon fuge section and a 15 gallon ATO section. Still need my Apex, heater, return pump for fuge, reeflink for Radion's and probably a bunch of other things I'm forgetting. I am coming from a Elos system 120 (thats still for sale and sitting at my old apartment), so I wanted it to resemble that setup on a bigger scale. Let me know what you think so far. The tile'd frame you see is a mini backsplash to add to the look.

Good choices. I love all of mine. Check out Jonathan's graph for a good start on lighting schedule. I had a nice discussion with Ecotech as well when I had trouble with my corals always being dull in color. They said they were up too high! Turned them down to 60% and things look great. Just as a heads up. :)

I believe I found it in their forums. It was pretty common when I first got mine during the first gen era...I'm sure if you contacted them they could get it to you. Jonathan is a pretty nice guy down there at Ecotech.

EDIT: Have you seen the RMS mounting system Ecotech has released for the Radions? I'm really jealous and wish I didn't have one battery backup coming for Xmas...

Wish i had the cash flow to buy all that equipment. Im following along for the build!

Major set back. After waiting almost three months and more or less being lied to, the tank was never even started. I cancelled and went with someone else. I am being told another 4-6 weeks now.

Well, the tank is finally here. Planet Aquariums in Texas built it. I also sold the original sump and went with a slightly smaller one because of fitment issues.

Added some LED lighting to stand. You can change the color. I didn't do it for looks, but for functionality.
