Lucky, for the few lbs of live rock I purchased the only thing I got were some half dead palythoas (which I nursed back to heralth and are now taking over).

Do you have any livestock in there? When adding live rock you might have a ammonia spike so be on the lookout!

I watched it very close and do water changes often now everything is were it needs to be

May I ask what u are using for a filter system? I'm starting a 55gallon salt water tank not sure what I need for a filter. It came with a penguin 330 bio filter not sure that will work?

I have the filter in the the tank that big box with a peer head and some filter stuff wrapped around the tube on the inside it's old style but works
