I have a 55 gallon tank with 4 aquatic life t5 lights. 65 ponds of live rock.

Only have 3 coral frags as I dont know much about corals and I am trying to learn more. 1 birds nest, 2 red mushrooms and a zoa .

I have
2 percula clowns
1 fire fish
1 six line wrasse
1 purple dottyback
1 peppermint shrimp
1 cleaner shrimp
3 hermit crabs
Some snails

I am getting a lot of brown algae on power heads and glass should I just wipe it off or is their anything else I can do?

Looking like a good start! The brown algae is most likely diatoms. They will go away after they consume the silicates in your tank.
