I would of liked to have a proper dosing container there but sadly one will not fit so have to make do with bottles but I've fitted a one way valve into the lid and there is also another up near the dosing head so removal of the lid when topping up will then not cause it to drain that section of tube.

Will have to see how much difference that now makes :)

The tank has been fallow for 12 weeks I decided to add the fish back in today after 12 weeks all have been aclimatised.

The Yellow tang has gone a bit pale due to the stress but when ever I have introduced fish i have always fed the tank strait away and they are all feeding so that's a good thing :)

I would also like to thank my LFS for housing them for me and treating them for the last 12 weeks :)

Here is a little vid not the best but ill get some better pics ect later just so happy to have fish back in the tank what a journey

You got some nice pieces there , the mandarin looks like he has a great personality ,
seeing him make me miss mine I had him 5 years before he past, I don't think he liked the upgrade :(

Thanks they are a great fish how they gracefully go from rock to rock munching pods as my system is rammed with pods so plenty for them to eat

Managed to get this picture last night which is not often seen an arrow crab shedding.

img_3304278_0_2acfdf0bddcf71f34c3d3aed2f073cf8.jpg

Got a picture of it this morning when lights are out this is when most of the auto dosed trace elements and food goes in through the nigh this is it.

Looks happy enough :)

Popped into my LFS today and there has been a clown there all lonely on his own.

img_3306027_0_bcc7c1139e4da5488990ce8b5eaaa37a.jpg

With having a pair in there already I knew it was a risk getting it but I have a good home for it and the true percs host the frogspawn at the opposite end of the tank to the anenomie so I was hoping it would host the anenomie at the other end keeping them about 6ft apart.

So I added it and it went strait into the anenomie

img_3306027_1_6105a43f571484c1428c3c2b864393c5.jpg

The true percs came over and had a look and then went back to there frogspawn so all has been well so far and has gone as I hoped it will I just hope things stay as they are peaceful.

Also while there is see a yellow spot goby and this helps turn the sand over but without all the mess that a blue cheek Goby does so added one of them. This is a google image of one as mine currently in hiding

And a couple of other pictures :)

A deep water coral I picked up a couple of weeks back has settled well

img_3308230_8_a338d46d1b67516130df9c750eef802c.jpg

One I took a punt on that was not happy and is now coming back

Today I decided it was time to remove the Zoa's and Pulsing xenia this would allow more SPS and no chance of a potential overtake of the pulsing coral which left me with this.

img_3308975_0_edab7b80697e8b4b41a42e225ea078fb.jpg

A bit of a void and not really much space to attach anything and with that nice pillar sticking up I had an idea so of the LFS I went and picked up a shelf and it fitted nicely and it well supported and bonded in place.

img_3308975_1_cdc6e1863c639598c639ca2bc90e4696.jpg

img_3308975_2_8ab1e7f221033da8ed35a6ab783a940b.jpg

The brightness of it will settle down as it matures.

Now I then thought there was no point in having all that extra SPS real estate and not using it so added a few pieces to it :)
