That tank looks amazing. I just picked up a 55 and plan to make it a mini predator. How is you egg crate held up? Suction cups...

Thanks for the compliments. The egg crate is being held by itself. I made it so it'll hang on the rim of the tank.

A little update on my 55g reef tank.

I've since converted a 15g tank into a sump. Added live rock rubble, chaeto, 3 mangroves and 5 blue leg hermits. Much cleaner and easier filtration.

I've added several new corals to the tank. Insane rainbow paly, sunny d zoas, 3 different Acans, few sps corals and a frag of Hollywood stunner chalice.
