Hi, here is my 72G bowfront FOLR. I made the sump last summer along with the overflow box (with intergrated powerheads). This is my first ever sump so I am amazed how well it worked out. I plan on posting a thread with a "how to" on building sumps with a video soon. The tank currently is home to just two clownfish, I will be adding some tankmates soon! Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Tom

Also I have been battling nitrates for the past week with several water changes. Would you agree that I should remove the white filter padding in my sump? Would it be better to fill that section with live rock rubble? That was my original intention just don't have the $$ to do so right now. Any other/ cheaper suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Tank looks. Good.q- why do u add sand /rocks to the first chamber of your sump?

It's a refugium, acts as additional filtration (through the live rock) and is also simply an additional tank.
